Selvage Denim
So I was looking at these women’s Edwin jeans at work, advertised as selvage denim on the back pocket, and happened to flip the cuff up to check out the colour of the seams… and demin isnt even selvage?!?!?!?!! Same with the other raw pair. The actual only selvage part in the entire thing was the coin pocket. Woah.
I went and checked all the men’s selvage Edwin’s and they all check out to be true. So I’m thinking they cut corners on the women’s because they assume girls wont know the difference, but wanna charge selvage prices?? Way to fuck whatever integrity you had.
By the way this post probably means nothing to you if you’re not a denim person.
